GlobalFluency President Judges Enablis Entrepreneur Contest in South Africa

Donovan Neale-May (bottom row, right) was among the judges traveling to Johannesburg, South Africa in October for the annual Enablis FNB Business Plan Competition which attracted 650 entries and awarded R10 million in funding and prizes to 10 winners. The venture contest is backed by First National Bank, Microsoft, Accenture, HP, Khula Enterprise Finance, The Canada Fund for Africa, Enterprise SA, Alive with Possibility, Dawnwing Couriers, Umsobomvu Youth Fund, and the Business Report.

Enablis is a Canadian-based, non-profit, membership organization that works in developing countries to support early-stage entrepreneurs, especially those who embrace technology as an enabler of growth.

Enablis provides a unique blend of coaching, mentoring, networking, trading and financing.

The Enablis Entrepreneurial Network is an organized, interactive network of entrepreneurs in developing countries who share similar values and who believe in the importance of small-to-medium enterprises for poverty reduction and sustainable development. The result is a group of individuals drawn together by their capacity for entrepreneurship; a powerful force for change in the developing world.
