The CMO Council, managed worldwide by GlobalFluency, has just announced initial findings of a milestone study that is the first definitional study of the role of the chief marketing officer.  The year-long research initiative encompassed qualitative and quantitative interviews with CMO's, CEO's, board members, senior marketers and executive recruiters throughout North America.  The report is available for download at www.cmocouncil.org.
